Oathentic is dairy-free, making it suitable for those who are lactose intolerant. It is also nut-free, great for those who are allergic to soy or nut milk - we do process soy milk too so ours may contain traces of soy).

As much as you like! However, our oatmilk contains a higher oat content than most milks and will keep you full longer.

Its light texture and delicious taste makes it the number 1 non-dairy milk to add to your coffee!

Oatmilk contains more fibre than most plant-based milk, including beca-glucan - a soluble fiber that boosts heart health, slows digestion and reduces blood sugar spikes. The enzymes we use are natural fungal/bacterial enzymes, beneficial to gut-health. Our other enzymes also convert the insoluble fibre in oats into soluble fibre. This substance lowers fat absorption and stabilises blood sugar levels. It also lowers cholesterol, reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease.

Our original flavour contains no added ingredients. The other flavoured variants include premium natural ingredients. We also do not add oil at any point in our process. Our oatmilk never exceeds 4 different ingredients per drink, keeping it simple and pure! Our original is still sweet despite no sugar added as the oats get broken down into simple sugars during processing.

Oathentic can be used in smoothies, with cereal, with your favourite hot beverages, baking… the possibilities are endless! Use it how you’d use regular milk.

We strongly recommend consuming it within 20 days as our oatmilk is made fresh and does not contain preservatives. Don’t forget to refrigerate and shake well before enjoying!
